Here is what we will need to begin the process. 
 
1.       Contract and Letter of Authorization
2.       Most recent copy of the utility bills for each utility and account, both front and back
 
 
Due to the detailed nature of our audits, the process typically takes between 90 and 120 days to complete.    I would like to make clear that we will not burden your already stretched personnel resources.  Once we have the initial bill copies, our audit department will only contact you if there is a question regarding a bill.  We do all of the necessary leg work required with your service providers.  We can also review the metering systems, as part of our process. 
 
We are strictly performance based and it will never cost your clients anything to work with our firm.  The only time that we are compensated is when we find a savings opportunity and your clients institute our recommendation.  This is a true no-risk solution.
